Jamie O’Hara reacts as Tottenham are beaten 1-0 by Bournemouth

Tottenham Hotspur continued their disappointing run of form with a 1-0 loss to Bournemouth on Thursday evening in the Premier League.

Ange Postecoglou’s side went into the match against Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium following a one all draw with Fulham at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium during a Premier League dom.

Bournemouth has been doing well this season; although still inconsistent, it would not be easy for the Spurs to win this matchup against the Cherries.

Tottenham ended on the losing side as they managed to lose 1-0. The sole goal for the match was scored in the 17th minute by Dean Huijsen.

Huijsen was completely unmarked and headed in Marcus Tavernier’s inswinging corner at the back post.

What Jamie O’Hara found frustrating about Tottenham Hotspur
Jamie O’Hara, a former player for Tottenham, was following the match, and the talk from the pundit at talkSPORT was far from happy with the visiting side’s defense.

O’Hara wrote on X at half time: “That was painful to watch, it’s really getting tiresome watching our defending #Spurs.”

The pundit continued in the closing seconds of the second half with: “Our playing out from the back should be banned it’s a joke #Spurs.”

Tottenham Hotspur could struggle to finish in Premier League top four
Spurs have conceded 15 in 14 Premier League matches so far this season. That has to improve.

Although the North London club scored 28 in those matches, they need to work on their defense if they are ever to finish in the Premier League top four this season.

Currently, teams above them are Aston Villa, Nottingham Forest, and Brighton and Hove Albion, so it is essential that Spurs find ways to keep clean sheets and never concede goals from set pieces.

Tottenham returns to action again on Sunday as they take on Chelsea at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
