Last month, the FedEx Fall kicked off with a long-running tournament that had a fresh name as well the Procore Championship. This week, golf lovers will be treated to a new addition to the calendar of the PGA Tour- the Black Desert Championship, the first Tour event to be held in the state of Utah for the past sixty years.
Among the players present in the very first Black Desert field, one of the most surprising players is Mike Weir. Weir, aged 54 was the captain of the International team that lost two weeks ago at the Presidents Cup that was held at Royal Montreal.
But now, the 2003 Masters trophy winner is going to throw away the captain’s hat and put on the spiked shoes to go for his first PGA Tour title in 2007.
The television network Golf Channel will have exclusive TV coverage of the 2024 Black Desert Championship while NBCSports.com on the other hand as well as the NBC Sports App will provide streaming coverage across all devices.
